EMERGENCY NUMBERS

Please note, these numbers are only for the use of tenants who live in houses 'Managed' by Cardiff Student Letting. If your landlord manages the property himself then you need to contact your landlord directly. Emergency contractors should only be contacted in the event of an actual emergency i.e. damage being caused to the property. The cost of a Non Emergency call out will be payable by the tenant.

Emergency contact numbers can be found in the 'Tenant Information Pack' which is sent to all 'Managed Houses'. It is also advisable to email the office where 'emergency emails' are checked over holiday periods such as Christmas. Please email conwaye@cardiff.ac.uk and cochraned1@cardiff.ac.uk
