Proudly the first Students' Union-owned letting agency in the UK, our successful model has been adopted by others nationwide. Over the past 19 years, we've grown to become a leading force in Cardiff's student lettings market.

Our dedicated team of 9 members of staff is here to ensure both students and landlords receive exceptional service. Additionally, we provide valuable work experience to Cardiff University students who join us to assist with property viewings and other tasks. Choose the agency that puts students first.
