A refurbished one bedroom flat located on the ground floor at the rear of the building with it's own private access. There is an open plan living room/ kitchen, double bedroom and modern bathroom.

A holding deposit of one weeks rent per person will be payable to secure the property. This will be deducted from the final balance payable upon contract signing, subject to a successful application. Cardiff Student Letting reserves the right to withhold this payment should the application procedure not be fulfilled.
